Thanks for visiting Naked Theology! What is "Naked Theology"? It's just a concept that I developed a number of years ago to encourage all of us to be more "naked" in thought and discussion. We all have different beliefs and ideas and when we share those, without fear of being rejected or judged, we all grow in our faith.
Who am I? Well, my name is Jake Kampe and I'm basically just a spiritual wanderer in Kingdom of God. I live in League City, Texas where I work as a free-lance writer, tennis instructor and stay at home dad. I'm a Third Order Franciscan, have worked as a children & youth pastor, small group pastor and family life pastor, but still haven't found God's nitch for me. I'm currently working on my first book; Naked Theology (working title and likely to change at any minute) I'm also a contributing writer of two books: The Practice of Love: Real Stories of Living into the Kingdom of God and Not Alone: Stories of Living with Depression. I regularly write for several online magazines, as well as a regular blogger right here at Naked Theology. I've been married to my wife, Kelly, for 22 years, and have three boys and one girl: Ian (18), Lucas (12) and four legged Dexter (10) and Lucy (1). You can contact me on Twitter or just hit the "Contact" link and say "Hi"
